Launch the SysInfo EMLX Converter as an administrator on your PC.

Choose whether you want Single File/Multiple Files or Select Folder. Click on Nextto continue.

Further, you get different options to add and remove files for the conversion. These options are:

• Select Files: Click it and pick one or more EMLX files from your OS to add to the tool.
• Select Folder: With this, pick one or more folders containing multiple EMLX files.
• Remove: Eliminate any selected file added to the software accidentally.
• Remove All: Remove all the files in the software if no longer required for conversion.

Tap the Live Chat button, and it will redirect you to the browser with a form for queries.

Select the EMLX files from the system for the conversion and click on Open to add them.

Now you can view the added EMLX file in the software. Verify their name, file path, type, and size. Click on Next to continue.

A screen appears with the Import Successful message. Clickstr OK and expand the tree folder hierarchy on the left.

Double-click on any folder, and emails within it are displayed. Use the Search option to locate a specific email when there are many. Double-click the email and you can preview the email content and attachments with it.

Click Preview on Browser after selecting the email that you want to check the content of, and it appears on the web. Verify and move back.

Now, mark the Email folders that you want to convert to other file formats or email clients and click on Next.

Choose the File Formats Radio Button and pick any File Format to which you want to convert the EMLX file.

Now, apply the various filters of the software, like:

• Remove Duplicates: To exclude similar emails and attachments from the EMLX files.
• Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachments: Use it to remove attachments and only convert the email data.
• Split Resultant PST: To divide the large PST files into smaller PSTs by MB or GB.
• Skip Previous Migration: Use it to perform incremental migration, ensuring no redundancy.
• Date Range Filter: This filter enables specific mail conversion for a particular period.
• Custom Folder Name: Use it to give a unique name to your resultant file.
• Extract Email from EMLX: It lets you extract specific data contained within EMLX files and folders.

Click this feature, and you can choose to extract Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, URLs, or Attachments separately to save. Select any and tap Extract to load data.

If you opted for email, phone number, or URL, then you get the option to save the extracted data in CSV or XLSX format. Choose any and click Save. Later, open them with MS Excel.

If you pick attachments, then you get two options, i.e., either:

• Extract Attachments Based on Size:Choose whether to secure attachments by a particular upto or more than that size.
• Create folder for each emlx file attachment: Selecting it will create a separate file for each attachment at a picked location. Tap Save.

If you opt for PDF format for saving, then you get a few additional filters:

• Naming Convention: It will create an automatic folder name by either Subject, Subject and Date, Date, Subject, and From, or as chosen by you.
• Save all PDF attachments in a separate folder:This will save all attachments of PDF format in one folder together on your system with emails.
• Convert attachments in PDF format:It will convert attachments of all types, whether documents, images, or other formats, into PDF before saving.

Note: The filters may vary depending on the file format chosen by you. Some of them will not have all the filters available.

Click on the Path To Save button to define the location folder where you want to save the resultant files. Select any and tap Open.

Finally, click on the Convert button to begin the process of file conversion in the desired format.

In any case, if you need to halt the conversion process in between, click Stop from the progress bar in the window below.

In the end, you will receive a confirmation, and you can download the conversion report. Or, choose to restart the process with Convert Again.
