Launch the Sysinfo EMLX Converter as an administrator on your PC.

Choose whether you want to Select Files or Select Folder. Click on Next to continue.

Now click on the Select Files button or the Select Folder button to add the EMLX files.

Select the EMLX files and click on Open to add them.

Now you can view the added EMLX file in the software. Click on Next to continue.

You will receive an Import Successful message. Click OK to move further.

You can see all the emails of your EMLX file in a tree structure on the left. Mark a particular email and Preview it in the Preview Panel to read the email body.

Now Mark the Emails that you want to convert to other file formats or email clients and click on Next.

Choose the File Formats Radio Button and choose any File Format to which you want to convert the EMLX file.

Now, apply the various filters of the software like:

• Remove Duplicates: To exclude similar emails and attachments from the EMLX files.
• Migrate Emails without Attachments: Use it to remove attachments and only convert the email data.
• Split Resultant PST: To divide the large-sized PST files into smaller PSTs.
• Date Range Filter: This filter enables specific mail conversion for a particular period.
• Custom Folder Name: Use it to give a unique name to your resultant file.

Finally, click on the Path To Save button to define the location and click on the Convert button to begin the process.

In the end, you will receive a confirmation and you can download the conversion report.
