Start the SysInfo EDB to NSF Converter as administrator on your computer.

Click on the Open button to browse and add the Exchange EDB file from your system.

Now, select the recovery mode: Standard, Advanced, or Deep from the drop-down list of recovery mode.

Choose the Exchange version for your added file according to the EDB file type.

Once you add the required features like Handle Alignment Error, etc. click on the Ok button.

The software starts the scanning process of the browsed EDB file; click Ok after completion.

A tree structure is loaded on your software screen wizard, containing all the folders and sub-folders. Select the ones you want to convert.

You can also get more details like To, From, Subject, Date/Time, and Message Content about the folder by double-clicking on it in the preview panel.

Now, click on the Save button to start the EDB to NSF conversion process.

A tab pops up on your screen. Choose the required one, either Create a single NSF file for all users or Create a Separate NSF file for each user. Click on the Browse button to select the destination path for the output folder.

Choose one as per your need: Save Item Content in Text format or Save Item Content in HTML format. Click on the Ok button to start the process.

Finally, the EDB file gets converted into NSF format and is saved at your specified location. Click OK.
