Comprehensive Guide for SysInfo CSV to vCard Converter

Step-1:
Install the Tool

Download and launch the CSV to vCard Tool as an administrator.

File Selection Options

Either select the option Add Single CSV File to add a single CSV File or choose Add Folder to add a folder containing CSV Files.

Select CSV Files

Say we chose, Add Single CSV File. Click on Add File and browse the CSV File on your system. Click Open to add.

Preview Added CSV

You will see a preview of the table in added CSV. Also, specify the destination path for saving the Log file by clicking on Log Path.

Choose Saving Format

Now, in the Save Options field select vCard (by default) and click on the Next button to proceed further.

Mapping Fields

You can either choose the Auto Map feature to automatically add the mapping fields from CSV to vCard. Or add the mapping fields manually by clicking the Add button. Click Next. (This feature is when you are converting a single CSV file.)

Preview Multiple Files (For Multiple Files)

If you have added a folder for conversion, you will see a preview like this instead of a Mapping panel. Select files from the list and click on the Next button.

Choose Saving Options

Now, opt for the options from the Export File As section:

  • Create a Single File for all Contacts: Use this feature to make a single file for all the created vCard files
  • Save as Blank Contacts: It helps you to clear field details of the resultant vCard File.

Opt for Other Options

Also, select other notable features of this software, if needed:

  • Select vCard Version: You can choose to save your vCard in version 2.1, 3.0, or 4.0 as per your preference. Version 4.0 is set by default.
  • Naming Convention: Save your vCard file according to your preference.

Specify Saving Path

Click on the Destination Path button to assign a desired destination path of vCard files. By default, the output file is saved on the Desktop.

Convert CSV to vCard

At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the CSV to VCF Conversion process.

Once the CSV to vCard conversion is completed successfully, you have the following options:-

  • Download Report: Use this feature to download the report.
  • Convert Again: Utilize this feature to initiate another conversion.
  • Show Mapping: Click on this button to view the mapped fields.

Follow steps 1 to 4 similar to converting CSV to VCF. Further do as directed further:

Choose Saving Option

Now, in the Save Options field, select PDF (to the left) and click on the Next button to proceed further.

Password Protection

You can choose to encrypt your PDF file by selecting the Create Password option. Enter a password of your preference, and then click on the Eye icon to view your password.

Set Page Orientation

Furthermore, you can select the orientation of the PDF file. You have two choices: either Portrait or Landscape.

Define Saving Path

Choose the destination path for the PDf files by clicking on the Dest. Path button.

Finally, click on the Convert button to initiate the conversion of CSV to PDF format.
