Step-by-Step Guide to convert and save CSV file to vCard Format

Steps to Convert CSV to vCard

• Step 1: Launch the CSV to vCard Tool as an administrator. Either select the option Add Single CSV File to add a single CSV File or choose Add Folder to add a folder containing CSV Files.
  
• Step 2: Now, browse the CSV File on your system and click Open to add the file to the software wizard.
  
• Step 3: Additionally, You can click on Sample CSV File highlighted in green color to download the sample CSV file on your system.
  
• Step 4: Define the destination path for the Log file by clicking on the Log Path button.
  
• Step 5: Now, in the Save Options field select vCard and click on the Next button to proceed further.
  
• Step 6: You can either add the mapping fields manually by clicking the Add button, or you can use the Auto Map feature to automatically add the mapping fields from CSV to vCard.
  
• Step 7: Click on the Next button to proceed further.
  
• Step 8: Now opt for the additional filters from the software wizard.
  • Create a Single File for all Contacts: Use this feature to make a single file for all the created vCard files
  • Save as Blank Contacts: It helps you to clear field details of the resultant vCard File.
  
  
• Step 9: Some other notable features of this software are:
  • Select vCard Version: You can choose to save your vCard in version 2.1, 3.0, or 4.0 as per your preference.
  • Naming Convention: Save your vCard file according to your preference.
  • Destination Path: Assign a desired destination path of vCard files by clicking on the button Dest. Path.
  
  
• Step 10: Click on the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.
  
• Step 11: Once the CSV to vCard conversion is completed successfully, you have the following options:-
  • Download Report: Use this feature to download the report.

• Step 5: Now, in the Save Options field select pdf and click on the Next button to proceed further.
  
• Step 6: You can choose to encrypt your PDF file by selecting the Create Password option. Enter a password of your preference, and then click on the Eye icon to view your password.
  
• Step 7: Furthermore, you can select the orientation of the PDF file. You have two choices: either Portrait or Landscape.
