Steps to Compress and Compact PST File
- Step 1: Install and Run the SysInfo PST Compress and Compact tool.
- Step 2: Make Sure your PST file is not corrupted. Choose the Single or Multiple PST File Option and Click on the Next Button.
- Step 3: Add the PST file that you want to compress and click on the next button.
- Step 4: Now you can preview all the folders and emails present in the PST file.
- Step 5: Choose the Compression Option available in the Tool
- Compress All Attachment in New PST File
- Remove All Attachment from New PST File
- Remove All Attachment in new PST File and Save them in a Separate Folder
- Remove All Attachment in a New PST File and Compress them in a Separate Folder.
- Step 6: Apply the Date Range Filter if you need to filter emails and you can even Split the Resultant PST file.
- Step 7: Then Define the Path where you want to save the compressed PST file.
- Step 8: Click on the Start Compression button and the compression process will start.
- Step 9: Finally, the report of the compression will be created and you can download it.
