Steps to Backup Yahoo emails Into Different File Format

  • Step 1: Install and Launch the Yahoo Backup Tool as an administrator on the system.

  • Step 2: Enter the email address and third-party app password of your Yahoo account and click Sign In.

    • Custom Folder Name:- To specify the resultant folder name.
    • Naming Convention:- Opt with this to select the saving format for a new output folder.
