Start the Thunderbird Email Backup Tool on your system as an administrator.
Now, choose your Thunderbird profile from which to take backup and click Next.
Now, a tree structure appears. Expand it and select folders that you want to backup.
You can also preview the specific emails data content like From, Subject, Date, Total Message Count, Message, and Attachments. Click Next.
Further, you have multiple options to save the Thunderbird emails. Here, we choose PST.
Checkbox the Remove Duplicate Mail on basis of To, From, Subject, CC, BCC, and Body filter to exclude repetitive emails from the selected folders.
Check the option Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment files to download or transfer mailbox emails without attachments.
Utilize the Split Resultant PST filter to break the large resultant PST files into small PSTs as per MB or GB.
The Mail Filter option provided by the tool helps users to backup folders for a particular date range. Simply, specify the start date and end date for backup.
You can opt for the Custom Folder Name option to assign a unique name for the resultant folder.
Afterward, click the Path to Save button to provide a destination path to save the resultant file. Finally, click Convert to start the process.
At last, once the conversion process is complete, you can Download Report for a detailed analysis or choose to Convert Again.
Expand the drop-down menu of Save/Backup/Migrate As and choose Gmail option to save.
Next, provide your Gmail email ID and password and click Sign In to complete browser authentication.
