Steps to Backup GoDaddy Emails Into Different File Formats

  • Step 1: Install and Launch the SysInfo GoDaddy Backup Tool as an Administrator on your system.

  • Step 2: After launching the tool, enter your GoDaddy email address and third-party app password into the software and click on the Sign In button.
    Note: If you did not have a third-party app password of GoDaddy mail, then tap on the below link to create it.

  • Step 3: In this wizard, you can find the tree structure containing all the folders on the login GoDaddy account.

  • Step 4: Now, check the folders to backup and tap on the Next button.

  • Step 5: In another window, select the saving format from the dropdown menu of the Saves/Backup/Migrate As option. (Here, I Select PST file format)

    • Remove Duplicate Mail: Check this to delete similar emails from the selected folders.
    • Maintain Folder Hierarchy: Opt with this to preserve the original folder structure during the backup process.

    • Free up Server Space: Select this to delete the emails from the GoDaddy server after taking backup.
    • Skip Previously Migrated Items: To exclude the previously backup emails from the folders.
      Note: This feature is only applicable when you take a backup of GoDaddy emails using the SysInfo GoDaddy Backup Tool.

    • Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files: check this to save or export only emails from the folders.
    • Split Resultant PST:- It will enable you to split the resultant PST file based on size.
    • Set Backup Schedule: Tick this option to schedule a backup of GoDaddy emails in a day, week, or month.

    • Mail Filter:- Select this to separate the GoDaddy emails into a specific date range.
    • Custom Folder Name:- Opt with this option to enter the resultant folder name in which the backup emails will store.
