Start the SysInfo Amazon WorkMail Backup Software on your system as an administrator.
Sign In to the software with the required credentials: Username, Password, Amazon Domain Name.
Here, you can find the tree structure containing Amazon WorkMail folders. Preview and select the folders you want to save or backup and click on the Next button.
Select the saving format from the drop-down list. Let’s say we choose, PST.

Now, apply the Custom Folder Name to define the name of the resultant folder. Additionally, click Path To Save to select the destination path for a new backup folder.
Click on the Convert button to begin the backup of Amazon WorkMail emails into PST format.
You can download the conversion report of the backup by clicking on the Download Report button. Also, you can click Convert Again to restart the process.
Follow the above steps from 1 to 3, and then continue with the below steps to export the Amazon WorkMail mailbox.
Now, choose the email client from the Saves/Backup/Migrate As. Here, we choose Gmail as the Email Client.
Now, enter the required credentials (Gmail email address and third-party app password) and click Sign In.

Here, you can also type the name of the resultant folder by checking the Custom Folder Name.
Click on the Convert button to start Amazon WorkMail emails into Gmail migration.
You can save the migration report to view From, To, Status, Duration, Message Count, and Path. Also, you can restart the conversion by clicking Convert Again.
