Steps to Backup Amazon WorkMail Mailbox Emails into 15+ File Formats

• Step 1: Start the SysInfo Amazon WorkMail Backup Software on your system.
  
• Step 2: Sign In and to the software with the required credentials:Username, Password, Amazon Domain Name.
  
• Step 3: Here, you can find the tree structure containing Amazon WorkMail Id folders.
  
• Step 4: Check the folders from the tree you want to save or backup and click on the Next button.

  • Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files: Select this to export only the emails from selected folders.
  • Split Resultant PST: It will enable you to break the resultant PST file into small parts.
  
• Step 8: Opt for these features:
  
  • Mail Filter: Check this to separate the Amazon WorkMail emails into a specific date range.
  • Task Filter: To filter the tasks of Amazon WorkMail folders into two dates.
  
• Step 9: Check and Click these options:
  
  • Custom Folder Name: to define the name of the resultant folder.
  • Path To Save: Tap on this to select the destination path for a new backup folder.
  
• Step 10: Click on the Convert button to begin the backup of Amazon WorkMail emails into PST format.

  • Mail Filter: Select this option to separate the WorkMail emails between two date ranges.
  • Task Filter: Filter the tasks of the mailbox folders into Start Date and End Date.
  
• Step 10:Here, you can also type the name of the resultant folderby checking the Custom Folder Name.
  
• Step 11: Click on the Convertbutton to start Amazon WorkMail emails into Gmail migration.
  
• Step 12: You can save the migration report to view From, To, Status, Duration, Message Count, and Path.
