Database Option

  • Remove Encryption: If your email messages are encrypted and you want to remove the encryption in the new output PST file, you can simply check the Remove Encryption box before the conversion process.
  • Save DocLink: If you want to save link documents as attachments from Notes mail which are embedded in HTML body of document into PST file, check Save DocLink box.
  • Save Internet Header: If you want to save internet header of emails into new PST file, check Save Internet Header box.

Email Address Translation

This option is applicable for the email properties (To, From, CC, and BCC fields) of Notes documents. If you want to convert Exchange ID into a user-defined email address, you can select this option. There are three options for this:

  • Add NSF File: This is a new feature within the Email Translation option which enables you to upload Names.nsf database storing the corresponding email addresses. With this feature, the software will use all the contact information stored in Names.nsf database. Additionally, you can upload a CSV file for contact information and/or you can define SMTP details manually.
  • Add CSV File: With this option, you can browse CSV file containing names and corresponding email address which you want to set for that user in PST file.
  • Set SMTP Manually: With this option, you can set email addresses by defining the domain name and by selecting any combination of first name and last name from the combo box.
  • Note: You can use all the above options simultaneously.

Custom Folder(s) Mapping

The Custom Folder(s) Mapping feature allows you to change the name of some mailbox folders, such as Inbox, Sent Items, Trash, Calendar, etc. into new PST file(s).
