To make the NSF to EML file conversion process easy and convenient, please take help of the screenshots given below
Step 1:
Click 'Add file' button to browse the NSF File(s) from your system and then click 'Open' to confirm the file selection.
Step 2:
The selected NSF database will be shown in the list. Select it and click 'Export' button.
Step 3:
Within a few seconds, the scanning process will be completed. Click the mailbox folder in the tree-structure to check the preview of files.
Step 4:
Select the mailbox folders you want to save and then click on 'Export' button.
Step 5:
Click Browse and select a location for saving new EML files. Click OK. You can also define advance settings by clicking Advance setting button.
Step 6:
Define the advance settings here, such as: Database option, Email Address Translation, Add CSV and Custom Folder(s) Mapping. Click OK.
Step 7:
The conversion process is being conducted on your system.
Step 8:
Within a few seconds, the conversion process will be completed. Click OK.
