Is they any way to set style for specific texts?

Postby megule » Mon Jul 29, 2013 7:51 am

Hi friends. I'm using MS Word 2007. I need some help of you guys to find out a way that will automatically set styles for specific texts of my documents. For example, I want this part "XXXX" in Heading Style 1 and this part "xxxx" in Heading Style 2. Is it possible to this automatically?
Please help me if you can or you can try your best. It would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to say but I have no idea what you are talking about and what you are exactly looking for. Can you put some more details here.
Regards. :D

See if this may work for you:
1. Click on Replace button. Find and Replace pane will appear.
2. On Replace tab write "xxxx" to "Find what" and write nothing to "Replace with".
3. Click on More button > Format and select Style. Select Heading 1 style and click on OK.
Thanks.
