Possible to freeze both a column and a row?

Postby Bryan L. Warfield » Tue May 06, 2014 5:05 am

I would like to freeze both a column (A) and a row (5) so when I scroll to the right column A stays froze, or when I scroll down row 5 also stays frozen. I can get one or the other, but not both together.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Hi,
Yes this is possible to freeze both a column and a row by selecting the cell B6 and then go to View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes. Column A and Rows 1:5 will then be frozen.
Thanks,

To freeze both a column and a row just follow the instruction:

Select the cell B6 and then go to View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes. Column A and Rows 1:5 will then be frozen.
Thanks,
