Postby Raxann » Tue Nov 20, 2012 8:40 am

Hi friends. I having a problem while restoring BKF file by NT-Backup tool. From last few weeks whenever I try to restore my data from backup files it takes a lot of time to be restored and sometimes NT-Backup tool hangs in the middle of the process. I really don't know what's wrong here? Does anybody have any idea?

I request you to close all other programs which are being opened at the time you restore your backup file. Then try to restore, NT-Backup will work nicely. If it doesn't work, it means your NT-Backup is faulty. You need to get a new one. What is your operating system, may you tell me?

I'm using Windows 7. I've manually downloaded the ntbackup.exe from internet.

OK. First try as I said, close all other programs while restoring your bkf file. If still the problem occurs then download a new .exe for NT-Backup utility, install it and then try it. The performance must be improved.
