PPTX can't save in PDF.

Postby miyatto31 » Sat Nov 10, 2012 9:11 am

Help me please. I'm using MS PowerPoint 2007. I having problem while opening those PDF files which converted from PPTX files. Whenever I convert any of my PPTX file by the saving option Save as PDF, it gets saved nicely. But when I open it in Adobe Reader it just can't. I never faced such a situation in my past. I have saved several PPTX documents in PDF and opened them successfully without having any error. But this is the first time when I'm having this. Any help or suggestion in this matter would be appreciated.
Thank you. :)

What version of Adobe Reader are you using? What happens when you click on OK after you received that error? Can you see the file? Can you open other PPTX files in Adobe Reader?
Regards. :)

I'm using Adobe Reader 9. When I click on OK I can see only the borders of my presentation flle, there's nothing like and pictures. In fact there are lots of texts and pictures in the file, but all are invisible. I can easily open other PPTX files. I'm having this problem from last few days.
