Launch SysInfoTools PST Merge software, main window of software will launch on your screen.
Step: 1
If your PST files are password protected then Click PST Password Pool button to add possible PST files password in the list before adding PST files in the list.

Select multiple PST files in the list by selecting Add PST files button or Search PST files button.

Selected PST file is listed in the list, then click Next button to continue the process.

Select Merge Option. Then click Next button to continue the process, if you want to create password protected PST files then enter password for new PST file.

Click on Browse button to select the destination folder where you want to save the new PST file.

In this step select the desired destination folder and click on OK button.

Selected destination folder path is shown in the editbox. Now click Merge PST files button to Merge PST files.

Please wait while process is running on your system.

After the PST Merge process complete, the success message of running process will display on your screen, click on the blue link to see new PST files.

After the Saving process complete, the success message of running process will display on your screen, click on the blue link to see recover files.
