Launch SysInfoTools PDF Restriction Remover software the window shown below pops up.
Step: 1
Click on Select file button to select the PDF file from which you want to remove security restrictions.

Selected file is listed in the main window along with its location and size, then click on the next button.

This window shows the information of the selected PDF file.

Click on Open button to select the destination path where you want to save the output file.

Click on Unprotect PDFbutton to remove restrictions from the selected PDF file.
