How to Connect to MySQL database ?

Postby Joseph S. Klein » Sat Jun 21, 2014 8:39 am

I have successfully connected my Base to my MySQL database. I can see the tables and creation of queries works fine.
The problem is that I can't delete rows from the DB. If I runs a query and finds a row that I want to delete, pressing
the delete button in the keyboard does nothing.

Thank you.

The delete key does nothing. Right-click>"Delete Rows" on the grey box in front of the row. You can select multiple rows by Ctrl+Click.
You can apply a filter, select all rows (clicking the grey top-left corner) and delete all. If you can not delete, insert nor edit any row, this
is because the table in question has no primary key. If the table in question has a PK, your query should include the primary key in order
to return an editable result set.
I hope this will help to you
