How can identify printed pages from a spreadsheet?

Postby SteveJ » Fri Jun 13, 2014 7:38 am

I have some spreadsheets that have many pages. From time to time just one page of a spreadsheet is printed.
How can the file name and the page number of the printed page be included on that one printed page? The large spreadsheet
is changed from time to time so that what is on a printed page changes. For example, on the spreadsheet, two lines may be
added to the top of the 1st page. This would change what lines of the spreadsheet would appear in the next printout of a page.
In this example, a printout of page 1 would have the two new lines but the bottom two lines that would be on an old printout would
not be on a new printout of page 1.

Please help for me..
thanks in advance

Please follow the steps to identify the printed pages from a spreadsheet:
1. Menu
2. Format
3. Page
4. Header|Footer -
5. Edit, you can fin how to insert the filename, page number, date, time, etc.
To insert without loose the reference, hide the first row|column in the print range, and insert rows and/or column is always after.
